Remembering Israel
It is a very exciting opportunity every time I have the chance to get closer to the places where Jesus, our Savior and The One and Only Son of God, was born, raised, spent his earthly life, baptized, betrayed crucified and buried.
As the Gospels are mentioning Israel was the place where He rose again after three days spent in the grave, and he ascended back to Heavens.

Exciting opportunity yes, and that’s because I could actually walk where He walked, and see the places He has seen back then.
A short term mission trip in May
This year in May I went with a group of people in Israel and we spent the time of our lives there. Most of us were in Israel for our very first time. The Short Term Mission Trip actually was focused mostly on doing some light works at a multi purposes center somewhere next to Nazareth, and to visit a Jewish Rabbi who was actually our guide during the whole trip. He immersed the group in the Torah tradition helping us understanding the Jewish culture and the background of the biblical writings.

We had a blast listening to the Rabbi. We were like a group of disciples sitting next to their master and learning new perspectives on the Scriptures.

We have been visiting plenty of biblical places, mentioned both in the New Testament and the Old Testament. We enjoyed being in Herodium, Bethlehem, Nazareth, Tiberias and nevertheless Jerusalem.
