You will be helping to do whatever is necessary to help make this dream a reality. We will also host at least one community-wide primary care medical camps with oversight from the Ministry of Health...and you will be helping the doctors and nurses serve them! There is always something to do even if you just hold babies, hold a Grandma, or pray with those who have never seen a doctor before. You will build lifelong relationships!

We'll also interview some of the students in hopes to find sponsors that will provide $25 monthly scholarships to help pay for their school fees.

And we promise not to wear you out. Your team may also find time to visit Lake Victoria, the second largest fresh water lake in the world. Some past teams even made a side trip to the Equator and to a genuine rainforest which is always exciting. You and your team will also take part on a day time, Game Drive Safari to see the animals at one of the famous Kenya game parks.

A Kenya Slum School for Orphans Needs a Classroom & Host Medical Outreach May 21-31, 2026

Your $3685.00 trip fee includes RT air travel, most of your meals, hotel and host lodging, ground transportation, some of the materials related to the project, and medicines for the outreach. You will help with light construction at a secondary school for orphans where they desperately need a classroom. You will also assist doctors and nurses helping with community medical outreach in two other school locations including a special needs school where we will also build some pathways between buildings and help with a clean water project there. NO experience is required and the trip is open to everyone!

You will help with light construction on a much-needed dormitory for disabled students at a Special Needs school in rural Kenya. You will also be helping to rebuild a kitchen and be involved in the finish work at an Early Childhood Education Center at another special needs school. The schools need more dorm space and the dorms they have need more mosquito nets so you could possibly help provide and install these too. You will do whatever is needed which may include, digging foundations, mixing concrete, making blocks or bricks, and setting them into place...you will really be doing this! We'll also host a one-day primary care community clinic and help the doctors and nurses. And no experience is necessary and there is no shortage of children and even older students with whom you can make friends. We'll teach you everything you will need to do; everyone takes part! We will also visit several other schools to offer encouragement and assess their upcoming needs to see how we might help in the future. We'll also interview students in order to find sponsors who will help with school fees. Prayer walks are also part of what you will be involved with.

You are needed! Think of it...you can be part of projects that change lives, give hope, and offer the saving grace of Jesus to everyone, even if you just wish to share with any of the classes at the schools, play volleyball, basketball, or soccer, visit the grade schools next door, or just hold babies and many of the greatest kids in the world. You will never forget these experiences!

Even though experience is never required, we could benefit by having those on our team who know a bit about construction, brick work, block work, well drillers, water tank fabricator, Hydroponics, Agroponics, plumbing, solar, concrete workers, electricians, medicine, doctors, nurses, first aid, and other related fields. After all, we don't know everything but have very qualified team leaders to help you learn how to do much of the needed work.

Not all work and no play...this team will take a safari game drive at a national game park to view wild animals in their natural habitat. We'll also do some shopping for souvenirs at the Maasai market and finish our debriefing in Nairobi before going home. And like it says above, you'll be do some sightseeing too whenever possible.
